Unlock Rock Band 3 Pre-Order Guitars

Remember those guitars that were being offered by specific retailers that had “exclusive” offered as pre-order bonuses? Yeah, they weren’t really exclusive. It turns out that you can unlock these guitars by entering a code in the game. Does this mean that Rock Band 3 may not allow DLC that is not music-based? Probably, and this really shoots a hole in my “premium DLC” theory I’ve throw about, as well.
Anyway, here are the codes for each of the three unlockable guitars.

No More Strum Bar Problems For This Guy
I’ve modded my Rock Band 1 guitar because my overdrive was spotty (using the instructions here), but this seems like a whole other level! He replaced the stock strum bar with an infrared light. Every time the 5 mm thin beam is broken, it counts as a strum. I think this would help on some of the fast strumming I always seem to have trouble with. Anyone have some mods they attempted and had good luck with?
More Instruments for Beatles Rock Band
Harmonix announced today that in addition to the previously announced Beatles Rock Band bundled instruments (Höfner bass controller, Ludwig-branded Rock Band 2 drums, microphone, and mic stand), there will also be two more branded standalone instruments. Going with these instruments are the replica Rickenbacker 325 and Gretsch Duo Jet™ guitars. These new instruments are expected to be out when the game is released 9/9/09, and the retail price is $99.99.
UPDATE: I’ve attached a picture of the new guitar controllers obtained from Kotaku since Amazon.com is taking their sweet time getting me my pre-order club code.
