Friday Giveaway!
Just like last time, here’s the “rules:” I’ll ask a question, and I’ll open up the comments so people can put their answers. Each answer is an entry into the giveaway. Only one answer/entry per person, please! I’ll choose a winner after 8:00 PM (Central time) on Sunday night. Make sure to include your email address (I guarantee I’m not a spammer or whatever), because the winner will be contacted via email Sunday night or Monday. For this question, it will be winner chosen at random.
Last thing… please no complaining! I’m doing this for the community because it’s fun for me, and if that’s ruined, then boo on you. If I’m missing anything, I’ll post an update here in bold. Again, as this is coming out of my own pocket, I reserve the right to change the “rules” at anytime. So… on to the show…
Here’s what I got for this week. I’m giving away this rocking Rock Band shirt, male size extra large.

OK, good luck! Comments are open!
[UPDATE] Congrats to TKAVIL for being randomly selected as the winner! Thanks for reading and entering everyone!

That is a sweet design.
It was probably when I finally could handle expert on drums. That was very tricky.
Most memorable experience?. well i’d say finally getting a friend to do the endless setlist 2 with me, we got to visions, and my strum bar broke right after i hit the first note. we failed. i was gutted, have never gone back to it since haha, memorable.. but not for a good reason.
My most memorable moment would be beating Constant Motion on expert guitar for the first time. That solo is just too hard to not be a memorable moment!
I’d have to say my most memorable moment playing rock band is the first time i beat Green Grass and High Tides, my friend was over and i had been playing it a few times a day for maybe a month straight, and finally i beat it and it was a good feeling of accomplishment =D. Very memorable.
Probably my Enter Sandman FC on Expert drums. It was particularly exciting because it was only like my 5th run of the song. Good times.
First big Rock Band party with friends. We had a nice 15 person rotation. Singing was hilarious, everyone was rocking out. Needless to say, many alcoholic beverages were consumed!
Completing “Give It Away” with over 1 million points, playing with my 3 closest friends. It was the first time we had broken the threshold (we have an Expert Guitarist & Bassist, but Medium Drummer and Vocalist), I can’t even describe how we felt – There were hi-fives all around, and lots of cheering!
beating the endless setlist 2 on expert drums…i was supposed to do it with friends then they couldnt play, so its 11 pm on a friday an im bored…i turn on RB2 and decide to play by myself lol at that moment, i only beat shoulder to the plow once and could barely pass visions…i barely passed shoulder to the plaow (got into red zone twice =o) and beat visions easily (surprisingly =D). i got the bladder trophy and was shaking. i was so frickin happy and tired by the end lol
My most memorable moment was about a year ago when me and my friend teamed up to beat run to the hills on expert drums. We could never keep the foot pedal in beat when playing the drums, so since he had faster hands then me and i could foot pedal better we teamed up. We got into to red zone about 5-6 times but we managed to beat it on like the 10th try. We both jumped in the air sreaming “HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT!!”.
Rockband is the ultimate party game hands down. I got my rb1 special edition for Christmas a year ago and it changed the way my friends and I hang out. My brother and cousin and I beat the whole game on Christmas day and paid no attention to our family. When I had a party the first thing we did was play rockband. Rockband has really changed my life. It just owns so much
This is actually sort of a story, and the end is my best moment of Rock Band. One day I decided to message the number 1 band on Rock Band 2, (no longer #1 for some reason) Restless Soul. I asked the leader if we could play some time. He was like sure, no problem man. We played and he said we (Me, him, his singer, and drummer) should start another band. I wasn’t doing very well with the overdrive timing, and he almost removed me from his friend’s list. Instead, he decided to tell me what I am doing wrong and how to fix it. We played again, and after one setlist, he said I did amazing, and I finally earned my “keep” in the band. I will never forget that day.
