Rock Band 3 Featured in September’s Issue of Edge
I checked my local Borders today, and although it’s not yet available where I am, the September issue of Edge should be arriving on newsstands today. In it are some very cool new items relating to the forthcoming sequel. The cover (above) features a shiny magazine and game title, and talks about Rock Band 3 and Dance Central based on some recent hands-on time.
The folks at Edge discuss character customization, which by the sound of it has been completely overhauled (as expected) to allow MUCH more customization than in previous titles. Also new to note is the integration with social media, including Facebook and Twitter.
It arrives on newsstands in the UK today, and can be found elsewhere soon after. Be sure to pick up a copy to check out all the new features they revealed!

It’s a UK magazine, but my Borders in the Midwest carries it, so you should be able to find it locally soon, as well.
So now that we know the customization involves sliders next obvious questions…
1. Do they have the familiar pre-fab faces as a starting point?
2.Is all the clothing/hair goodness from RB1 & 2 going to be there? I know a bunch of people (obviously me) want to re-create their main characters again.
