Danish Band Dizzy Mizz Lizzy Coming (Probably) to Rock Band

Many of us outside of Denmark may not be too familiar with Danish band Dizzy Mizz Lizzy, but to those of you who have been to Tivoli, you might find this news a little more exciting.

According to Danish news outlet Ekstra Bladet, Dizzy Mizz Lizzy’s song “Silverflame” will be making its way to Rock Band, probably in the form of DLC, pending the band’s approval. Lead singer Tim Christensen originally said it was coming to Guitar Hero, but accidentally misspoke, probably due to Guitar Hero’s leading market share in Europe.

Early this year, MTV Games mentioned that they are committed to stealing market share from their main competitor in Europe, and I think offering popular regional acts as DLC is a good start. I haven’t heard the song before now (check it out just below in its entirety), but it’s not bad at all.

[Thanks, Terrificy!]

This is cool, but I’m hoping for German band Rammstein. That’d be awesome to see in RB!

the Danish song is quite good.. but I want some Helloween and Porcupine Tree, and perhaps Orphaned Land!!

If they decide include danish bands they should have picked Mew. Period.

    @ Saeglopur

How on earths name can you find Mew more suitable for Rock band that Dizzy mizz lizzy? I mean, if you simply like them better, thats one thing, but charting wise and so on and so forth Dizzy mizz lizzy is a far better choice for Rock Band.
