DLC for the Week of November 17th
This should help soften the sting of Friday the 13th! We already saw the rumor about the AFI 5-pack. And we also saw the official announcement earlier today of Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band coming to the Beatles: Rock Band next week. And we’ve got one other confirmed track making it’s way to Rock Band next week…

All tracks are $1.99 (160 MS points), and the AFI track pack is $8.49 (680 MS points).

Cool, another slow week. We’ve been broke lately, and while we’ve been sitting on 1200 Microsoft Points, running out of MSP means running out to buy more when something good comes out. We’ll pick up one or two of the AFI songs (well, my wife will — I won’t be involved in that decision) and the Bangles song for sure.
I wonder if these slow weeks damages the credibility of statements made various places (e.g. Wikipedia, and even RockBand.com) that the exclusive tracks from the Country and Metal packs will ever be available in the store. I mean, you’d figure, slow week, throw a few of the disc-exclusives out that people will pick up? That not happening might mean they might stay exclusive to the disc. One hell of a burn for people who bought all the DLC from those discs before the track packs came out.
