…Well, kinda. In previous years, automobile maker Volkswagen has put up YouTube videos of their Super Bowl commercials prior to the game itself. In 2011, they had the “The Force,” and last year they had “The Bark Side.” This year, they’re relying less on Star Wars to promote their product, and more on viral YouTube celebrities. This year’s Volkswagen ad, titled “Sunny Side” features videos of people having emotional meltdowns, including one video gamer who takes his frustration out on a Rock Band 1 Fender Strat guitar.
