Guys, you should acquire the rights to what’s left of Guitar Hero from Actvision/neversoft. It would bring things full circle for this game genre (since you guys are offshoots of the original devs of GH before it was sold to Activision) This should allow you to take those guitar hero licensed songs that RB doesn’t have and use them in Rock Band!

1) Nobody at this site works for Harmonix. It’s strictly a fan site. If you have any suggestions, you’d be best to direct them towards Harmonix directly.
2) We’ve already seen some of the Guitar Hero exclusive bands come to Rock Band since the Guitar Hero franchise went silent, so most of those exclusivity contracts are likely up by now, meaning Harmonix could just negotiate for those songs directly, without needing to buy the rights to the Guitar Hero franchise, if they even could do that.
