For all you budding Rock Band authors, the tools that were previously only available to those invited into the closed Beta program are now available to everyone!  This includes Magma, which is the packaging and transferring tool into the Rock Band Network, as well as the Reaper Rock Band Network plug-in, which allows you to chart songs within the Reaper program.  Download these tools here.

You still cannot download tracks to your Xbox 360 from the Rock Band Network, but the tools are now publicly available to all, which means everyone can start charting songs and uploading them to the RBN!
