Lemon Demon
From “ultimate showdown of ultimate destiny” fame? We need that song on rbn!

Ultimate Showdown… is already out (at least a year ago), as well as I think 2-3 Lemon Demon songs.
Brodyquest is awesome though!

Ultimate Showdown came out a while ago for RBN.

many thanks.
Start is a bit off but the ending is awesome!
We have some info and gameplay footage up for BRODYQUEST. This one is a must have for keyboardists.

Two weeks of Rishloo in a row?! Keep it up, TAG, finish off the album before Valentine’s Day!
Hopefully the wait for Pythia’s Heartless to be officially released won’t be to long. I did buy three other tracks though.
Ultra Vomit – “Mountains of Maths”. I don’t think I can download this because there is no way the music/chart can live up to the ridiculous awesomeness of the band name/song name!
THANKS for putting up the Amazon mp3 demo thing. I would have written this week up as ANOTHER week of all metal (sorry, I just cannot STAND pretty much any metal), but a few of the songs really sound interesting to me (re: Pan.a.ce.a “Too Little Too Late” and Mafia Track Suit “Fairweather Stranger”).
What happened to all the Indie Rock (particularly “big name” indie bands) in Rock Band Network? It seems like RBN’s gone from being full of Metal and Indie Rock to being full of Metal, Metal (2x Bass Pedal xMEGAHARDCOREZx), and Novelty tracks.
Ra Ra Riot a few weeks ago was nice, but we need more stuff from bands like The Hold Steady, The New Pornographers, Of Montreal, and The Apples in Stereo. We haven’t gotten anything from those bands since RBN2.0 was released, and their music is so much better suited to having keys and harmonies charted rather than ignored.

The Rock Band Network is purely based on user generated content, so that’s a good question for the bands themselves. I wish indie music supported the RBN as well as the metal scene has.

I would say it’s the Authoring Groups’ and indie record lables’ faults as much as it is the bands.
It’s a shame, because judging by the last year of DLC, we’re not getting indie rock anytime soon from Harmonix. The only official Indie DLC last year was The Main Drag (which wasn’t exactly new) and Death Cab for Cutie.

The indie record labels, yes, but why the authoring groups? They don’t own the copyrights to songs. They’re not the ones withholding artists from appearing in the game.

Yeah, but bands aren’t exactly itching to get into Rock Band these days like they were 2-3 years ago. It’s really up to the authoring groups to contact bands/labels. I doubt many name bands/labels contact these authoring groups directly anymore.
I just find it weird how these bands/labels clearly WERE interested in RBN at one point and have since decided not to put up any more content.

You don’t think that authors aren’t incessantly asking labels?! Go on either the RockBand or Creators forums and you would hard pressed to find ANY band that hasn’t had their label contacted by an author.
The demand for getting into the Rock Band Network has NOTHING to do with effort from authors.

I’ve tried contacting a lot of indie acts. Only one seemed interested, and even then they couldn’t for reasons I cannot disclose yet.
Water everywhere and not a drop to drink!
Ghost Brigade and Rishloo for me! Clawmaster is a blast to play.
Glad to see more Rishloo, especially at half-price.
