PS3 RBN DLC for 8/2

Yuck…. that rose of jericho song sucks… i like others by them but that has got to be their worst and the rb3 version just don’t seem worth it.. so pass on that (would get if keys or something was interesting to me)

Glad we got the ADTR song

For those who don’t dislike that song, it is pretty fun on drums (and the drum chart has been updated to be a little different too). Keys aren’t bad either. The overall mix is better too.

ADTR only here. Is there a website that posts what songs are in the pipeline for RBN? The crop so far has been pretty underwhelming, really hoping something exciting is on the way.

That is exactly why you don’t see them here. Unlike normal DLC, there is no single, consistent, and high-quality YouTube source that has playthrough videos. If there was, then we would definitely include it.

Blah… Nothing ever interests me from RBN. I dig the Children of Nova stuff but seriously, it’s Amberian Dawn, 2 death metal songs and 2 warped tour corny kiddie alternative…. Thank god the boys at HMX have been churning out good DLC.

And the Magnus Pålsson is from a video game itself. How the hell is that either Warped Tour kiddie music or death metal?
Seriously, have you listened to ANY of the songs this week? I don’t even know where the hell you’re getting “death metal” from. Nothing is even moderately close to death metal in the five songs this week. I’m starting to think you’re just complaining to complain…

I’m talking “IN GENERAL”. My god you guys are way too sensitive. I’m glad you like the network. Good for you. I personally can care less about it. I was hoping for more known bands or some B sides from big bands… instead we get mostly crap with a few hidden gems every now and again

The RBN is primarily a discovery tool for new music. Give the newly released songs a listen every week. You might be pleasantly surprised on what you like. Just because you have never heard of the songs doesn’t mean they are bad.

I got ya, believe me. It’s just with work, house, wife etc. I just don’t have a lot of time to discover new stuff. Almost everything i’ve bought off the network had been out for a while at time of purchase. I’ll get a rainy day and just do some back tracking… that’s how i found Children of Nova, and as a drummer, i cannot get away from the tracks… soooo much fun.

I’ll be getting everything, except for “Dreamchaser” and “Pressure Cooker”. I’m all over anything by A Day to Remember that gets ported over. I’ll support everything by Rose of Jericho, even if it is and RB3 version of a song I already have, especially for 99 cents. I liked the sound of “Hangman”, and at 99 cents, hard to pass up for me.
